A number of the church community will be taking part in various challenges during Christian Aid Week (10th to 16th May) to raise money for this worthy cause, including:

* Swimming a mile or more during the week

* Climbing a mountain (our Rector!)

* Cycling 100 miles in the week

Others may join in a challenge, so please sponsor all in their efforts.

Everyone is equal in the sight of God. For over 75 years, this truth has inspired us to stand together in solidarity with our most marginalised global neighbours, of all faiths and none.

Poverty is an outrage against humanity. It robs people of their dignity and lets injustice thrive.
