After many years of service to the community, it recently became necessary to replace the piano in the crypt at St Peter de Beauvoir Town in London. After several months of searching, our piano technician along with the kind people at Markson Pianos, have found us a piano that will serve us many years into the future. This Yamaha B1 is a compact, robust instrument that will accompany the church and members of the local community for many years to come. Indeed, the piano has already been used for nearly a dozen rehearsals since its arrival in April.

We’re grateful to the team at Markson Pianos who kept an eye out for a high quality, low cost piano for St Peter’s, knowing the importance of music in our vibrant neighborhood. We’re looking to raise £3000 to cover the cost of the new piano, the removal of the old piano, VAT, and a durable cover and rolling dolly for the instrument. Any additional funds raised will go toward the tuning and maintenance of the pianos and organ at St Peter’s.
