Story

ST ROSE DANCE-A-THON

Another charity day is approaching and on Tuesday 16th July 2024, we are holding a HUGE DANCE-A-THON! We are getting ready to move and groove for a day full of energy, excitement and dance as we take part in a full day of dancing, dance battles, a flash mob and even a STAFF RACE!

We are raising money for a charity close to our hearts and a charity that we have donated to for many years now and we have even been part of their 100 Heroes award for 2 years! So let's show a little love <3

We need your help to sponsor us for this event and to help us raise lots of money for such a worthy cause! Alongside this, we have the staff race where 9 members of staff are going to be battling it out in a 100m sprint! Your job is to decide on who you think will win! The men and women are going to be in different races so get voting for both! It is £1 for a strip of a raffle ticket (equaling 5 votes) if your voted staff member wins, a name will be drawn from their personal raffle pot to win a MEGA prize! You can vote for the staff members in school or online (using this page) but please leave the name of the staff member in the comments.

Let's make a difference and reach our target of £5000 this year! The top 3 fundraisers from each class will be able to soak the staff! We know you can do it St Rose!

Let's get voting and keeeep dancing!!!

About the charity

It's bewildering and unsettling for anyone going into hospital but especially for children and that is why we are a fundraising hospital. We raise funds to enhance the experience of our patients by providing state of the art medical equipment and facilities and creating a child-friendly environment.
