I am Running the southport 10k for TalkFIRST. TalkFIRST is a family mediation charity based in Ince in wigan. TalkFIRST offers mediation aimed at enabling families to communicate effectively, resolving conflict and making plans for positive change. The service is voluntary, impartial, independent and confidential - as well as friendly and centred around the child and family.
