As many of you will know, I lost my amazing mum 20 years ago to Motor Neurone Disease (MND) A condition with no known cure or preventative medicine and a condition that took my mums independence, ability to communicate, spirit, dignity and eventually her life at just 61 years young meaning I have grown, developed and built my own life over the last 20 years without her in it.

Over the last 10 years, I have done various events and activities to raise funds and awareness in her name for others living with, loving those and lost to MND and I am just £2115 away from hitting the £70,000 mark raised in her memory.

Every day, 6 people will be diagnosed with MND and 6 people will die from MND so I plan to do 6 events in 2025 to represent those we lose daily. People like mum and the 5 others we lost to MND on that day.
