Dave and I are running the Great North Run this year and have chosen to support WellChild.

WellChild is the national UK children's charity making it possible for children and young people with complex medical needs to thrive at home instead of hospital, wherever possible.

Advances in medicine and medical practice means that the number of children and young people living with long-term, complex medical care needs is growing. However, the support for these children, young people and their families is sorely lacking. The role of WellChild as a lifeline for these families has become more important than ever

Your donation will help WellChild to support more than 100,000 children and young people living across the UK with serious health needs.
