Throughout the month of March, Pilates teachers all over the world participate in March Matness, celebrating the work of Joseph Pilates.

It is fun and challenging and a great way to workout.

I will be participating in this personal challenge to raise funds and awareness for this incredible cause, one that is very close to my heart.

I will practise the original 34 exercises daily, throughout March and I would love it if you would join me, for some ....or all of my classes.
