On Sunday 12th October Im taking part in the Run The River 10k run along the River Lee Navigation.

I'd like to use the opportunity to raise money for Whittingham Retired Greyhounds...a wonderful place that finds homes for racing greyhounds when they need a loving home to relax and enjoy their retirement.

We got our lovely boy Kirk from there and they do such a wonderful job rehoming the dogs and providing support to the adopters too.

Anything you can give would be much appreciated by me and the dogs 😀
