I am turning 40 this year and I have set myself a challenge- to bag all of the Welsh 3000's (Welsh Munro's). There are 15 in total and I have already started on the challenge!

It is in aid of Udston Hospital, the local community hospital, that played a vital part in supporting mum with her stroke recovery.
