London Marathon 2025 · 27 April 2025 ·

The London Marathon is a truly iconic event attracting athletes of all abilities from around the globe. Every year, thousands of runners choose to take on this fantastic challenge to raise vital funds for charity.

Story

I am thrilled (and a little nervous!) to announce that I will be running the London Marathon 2025. This is a huge personal challenge for me, as I have never run more than a half marathon before. But I'm taking on this challenge for a cause that is incredibly close to my heart.

I am running to raise funds for Shooting Stars, a wonderful charity that has provided invaluable support to one of my closest friends, Jen, and her family. Shooting Stars offers essential care and assistance to families with seriously ill children, helping them through incredibly tough times with compassion and dedication.

Jen and her family have experienced firsthand the incredible impact of Shooting Stars' work, and I want to give back to this amazing charity that has done so much for them. Your support can make a real difference in the lives of families facing unimaginable challenges.

Every donation, no matter how small, will go directly to Shooting Stars and will help them continue their vital work. Please give as much or as little as you can – every bit helps!

Thank you so much for your support and encouragement. Together, we can make a difference!
