I'm going the extra mile for the Sussex Heart Charity!

If you can't tell, the picture above is me completely soaked to the bone after a run.

I'm fundraising to support the SHC's mission to improve heart health in Sussex.

Every penny raised will help fund our life saving projects, these include:

*Rescue Ready – providing free CPR and AED awareness sessions to community groups – to empower and train people with essential lifesaving skills.

*Installing AEDs (defibrillators) in local communities – to enhance the chance of survival for those who suffer sudden cardiac arrests.

*Providing state-of-the-art medical equipment to local hospitals – to give patients access to the latest technology and treatments.

*Supporting cardiac NHS staff and professionals – to ensure the innovative nurse-led services have all the resources and training they need to provide the best patient care.

The SHC is a local independent charity funded entirely by donations, so your support and donations will make a real difference to people’s lives and your local community.
