We (Stan and Ruth) are taking part in Wacky Rally's "Barmy to Barcelona 2024" in a 2005 Vauxhall Tigra which we bought for £300. We'll be driving through France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Monaco and Spain - about 1,400 miles in total... if the car makes it! 🤞🏻 She (Tiggy, whose alter ego is Shere Car-n) has been kitted out with two new tyres and some new fuses, but most importantly a full new paint job and matching interior 🐯

While this is undeniably an excuse to mess around with cars and drive some beautiful mountain passes, we'll also be raising money for CoppaFeel!

They are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, whose mission is to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest.

With both of our mums (two of four sisters) having suffered breast cancer in the last five years, it's a cause close to our hearts. Thanks to swift diagnoses and effective treatments, they are both still around to panic about us driving across Europe in a banger. But some are not so lucky, which is why early detection is so important.

Coppafeel! educate people on the signs and symptoms of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests regularly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves. When diagnosed early and accurately, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher.
