Story
On the 4th of May 2025, I lost my soul dog, Anfie, to a short illness. He was only 4. I was not prepared for the grief I felt and am still feeling.
I slotted in around his life, not the other way around, and he left a very large hole in my heart when he left.
Anfie had a profound impact on my life, and so l'm channelling that grief into doing something positive. All dogs deserve the love and care that Anfie received.
I am running Cardiff Half for Hope Rescue - this will be my second year supporting this wonderful charity ❤️
I am also taking part in the Sunrise Walk up Pen Y Fan at the end of March 🥰
Hope Rescue aim to provide a place of safety for vulnerable dogs, rehabilitating and rehoming them whilst working towards creating lasting change to improve the welfare of all dogs.
