“Remembrance”

on 11 November 2025

We exist to give a lifetime of support to the wider Army family, regardless of where or when a soldier served. We act swiftly and efficiently in providing support in the form of grants to those who find themselves in real need. We also provide grants to charities who support the wider Army family.

Story

Service. Sacrifice. Legacy.

This is our fifth annual Steel Soldiers campaign, proudly led by ACS Stainless Steel Fixings with support from DX Group, raising vital funds for the Army Benevolent Fund (ABF)—the national charity of the British Army.

For 2025, our silhouette design pays tribute to Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, inspired by her wartime service in the Auxiliary Territorial Service. The design was created by schoolgirl Elizabeth H. from Leeds and unveiled at Catterick Garrison.

Why We’re Fundraising

The Steel Soldiers campaign raises funds to support today’s soldiers, veterans, and their families. Since 2021, over 780 steel silhouettes have been placed across the UK, and have raised over £12,000 for the ABF.

This year, Steel Soldier silhouettes are available in exchange for a donation of any size - ensuring everyone can take part.

How to Get Involved

Donate anything – every contribution, big or small, counts.

Then submit your Steel Soldier order on the ACS website form https://forms.office.com/e/D0ywpwqWvf. You'll need your JustGiving donation receipt number, which you’ll find in your confirmation email.

You can choose from four available sizes when submitting your order.

If you'd like your Steel Soldier for Remembrance Day, please ensure you order by Wednesday 5th November.
