Ar yr 8fed o Fehefin, byddaf yn rhedeg hanner marathon Abertawe, er budd Sefydliad Jacob Crane.

Sefydliad sydd yn cefnogi pobl ifanc sy'n cael eu heffeithio gan glefydau ac anableddau, ac mi rydw i’n rhedeg i helpu’r gwaith pwysig hwn barhau, ac i gofio Jacob.

Byddai unrhyw gyfraniad, bach neu fawr, yn golygu’r byd, a bydd popeth yn mynd i Sefydliad Jacob Crane – diolch yn fawr 💙

On the 8th of June, I will be running Swansea half marathon in support of the Jacob Crane Foundation.

The Foundation provides support to young people who are affected by diseases and disabilities. I am running to support this important work , and to remember Jacob.
