As I approach my 40th birthday, I want to raise money in gratitude for the incredible support and care provided by the Hospice of the Good Shepherd. This organization has been a beacon of hope for my family members during some of their most challenging times, offering invaluable assistance to loved ones facing life-altering diagnoses. They have helped family members pass with peace and dignity while also providing essential treatments in The Living Well Centre. This sanctuary is a welcoming space where those living with cancer can access vital services like massage, reflexology, counselling, and more. These aren't luxuries—they're lifelines that provide comfort, dignity, and strength at a time when it’s needed most.

To celebrate this milestone, I have decided to take on a personal challenge: an Aeroplane Wing Walk! It’s an exhilarating way to honor those who have received care from this remarkable charity while raising funds to ensure they can continue their vital work. My goal is to raise at least £800, and every contribution will make a significant difference in the lives of those in need. It’s important to note that 80% of the charity's running costs are provided for by funds raised by the local community.
