Story

Hey everyone 💜 thank you for visiting our just giving page!!
For those who don’t know, in late September 2021 I took severely unwell during pregnancy and contracted covid-19. I ended up so unwell I was only producing enough oxygen to keep baby alive and not myself. So I had to be placed in a medically induced coma, and have our girl delivered at 26 weeks by emergency section whilst in a coma. Millie was only 883grams when she was born on the 15th October 2021. The care we both received from the Queen Elizabeth and Glasgow Children’s Hospital is something I can’t ever put into words. I will forever be in their debt. They not only saved my life, and my girls, but they gave me the chance to be a mummy 🥺 and I will never be able to show my gratitude for what they have done for us, and still continue to do to this day.
So please, if you are able - on the 14th of September, come and join our team for Millie the Miracle 🥰 and if you can’t make it but would like to make a donation, that would mean the world to us too. Thank you so much for reading our story.
