Alexa, Ash and I are attempting a 100km walk over 2 days, in aid of the wonderful charity Vetlife and in memory of John.

Vetlife is an independent charity that provides free and confidential support to the UK veterinary community. It assists veterinary surgeons, nurses, students, and their families who are facing emotional, health, or financial challenges.

The last time Ash and I did a charity walk, it was marathon distance and I totally underestimated that it would be any real challenge. So given this is over double the distance, I’ll be sure to be well prepared with plenty of snacks (John would approve!) and to remember to breathe between the constant nattering!
