I am taking part in the Milton Keynes half marathon on May 4th 2026. I have decided to try and raise as much money as I can for One Punch UK, a charity dedicated to raising awareness to the dangers of just one punch by campaigning, educating and supporting others.

I will be running this half marathon in honour of our kind, cheeky and loveable friend Olly who we lost in November after one fatal punch that caused catastrophic injuries. 11 days later he tragically left this life, leaving behind his beautiful wife and two children who he adored, all because of that one punch. Olly remains in our hearts and thoughts every day.

If you can spare any pennies, please donate to this amazing charity in the hope that the funding helps them prevent another family losing someone in such a cruel way.
