This year, I'm talking part in Moonlight Memory Walk, an uplifting evening where hundreds of supporters walk in memory of our loved ones while raising vital funds for families supported by Children’s Hospice South West.

I’ve been privileged to work at Charlton Farm for 14 years, alongside wonderful colleagues caring for incredible children and families. I love my job and appreciate every donation that helps our organisation continue this work.
