Story
The Dell Trotters are a group of Dell colleagues who have agreed to walk 50 km — a decision made with enthusiasm, limited foresight, and excellent team spirit.
We are not endurance athletes. We are determined, well-intentioned, and fully expecting sore feet, slow miles, and several moments of regret. We’re doing it all for Dementia UK, an incredible charity supporting families affected by dementia.
Your generosity will help Dementia UK — and emotionally support us as we question our life choices, one kilometre at a time.
In the UK, nearly 1 million people are living with dementia, and around 700,000 family members and friends provide unpaid care and support - including some of the most important people in my life, who are my inspiration for walking to support this amazing charity.
Dementia UK provides specialist Admiral Nurses, who offer expert advice, practical support and a lifeline to families navigating the fear, confusion and challenges that dementia brings.
Every donation, no matter the size, helps ensure more families have access to that vital support and don't have to face dementia alone.
If you're able to donate, I'd be incredibly grateful.
Thank you. ❤️
