Story
In April 2026, Rob and I will be taking on the mighty challenge of the London Landmarks Half Marathon and at the same time try and raise as much money for a charity close to our hearts. In the summer of 2011, whilst pregnant with our youngest child my waters broke at 31 weeks. After spending 3 weeks holding out, Bobby was born at 34 weeks weighing 5lb 4oz. Bobby required 24/7 care in the Oliver Fisher unit at Medway hospital and without this specialist care things may of been very different. After 2 and a half long weeks Bobby was allowed home, a healthy yet very tiny baby. A very traumatic experience for all of the family but staff at the Oliver Fisher unit put our minds at ease knowing he was getting the best care available.
Almost 15 years later we have decided to try and show our gratitude by raising as much money as we possibly can whilst taking on the challenge of the 21km route around the streets of London.
We appreciate all donations
Thank you
