Mum had suffered for almost 20 years with this horrible illness. The experimental drugs she had certainly slowed down the full effects of the illness.

Her mother had had the same illness passing in 1991.

She had to move into the St Peters Care Home in Ruddington 5 years ago, where she was lovingly cared for by the team there. She sadly passed away on Friday 12th December 2025, with all her close family present.
