Myself and a few clients are doing the Great North Run this and are hoping to raise some money for the Children's Heart Unit Fund.

This charity has a place close to our hearts as one of my amazing clients Paul lost his grandson Charlie unexpectedly a few years ago to a heart condition. If anyone has ever met Paul they'll know he's the heart and soul of the gym, always upbeat and trying to put a smile on people's faces!
