The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. There is still so much to do to increase opportunities, reduce social isolation and build a brighter future for autistic people. With your help, we can make it happen.

Blackwater Valley Shotokan Karate is celebrating our 20 year old birthday and we are raising money for the National Autistic society in support of our student who we have trained with us and our objectives to enhance there life skills through the art of karate. We believe supporting our community and helping others as a karate family.

So 50 karate katas in 2 hours for fun and a challenge in recognition to Autism and a birthday milestone to our community
