Wycombe Homeless Connection work across south Bucks, helping people who have lost their homes get off the street as quickly as possible. They support people with accommodation, food, clothing and help to leave homelessness behind for good.

Sleeping out raises much needed money and importantly, awareness of their work to make sure people know the charity is here for them if they are homeless or facing a housing crisis.
