I was diagnosed with Scoliosis aged 4 and have had multiple corrective surgeries. While surgery has enabled me to be in the very fortunate position that I can lead a normal life, each surgery is invasive and can be hugely impactful on both the patient and their families. Having a charity that acts as a support network and invests in research to improve outcomes and experience during treatment is a great cause and one I'd love to personally invest in having been through this myself.
