Story
Claire House Children's Hospice helps seriously and terminally ill children live life to the full by creating wonderful experiences and bringing back a sense of normality to family life. By providing specialist nursing care and emotional support we help families smile again when life couldn't get any tougher.
Our little girl Niamh passed away on the 21st July 2016 aged just 15 she bravely fought cancer for 2 years always with a smile on her face showing what true strength and courage was each and everyday upon her passing Niamh stayed at Claire House for 2 weeks prior to her funeral in the butterfly 🦋 room a beautiful place allowing us as a family precious time to stay with her, whilst there the Claire House team gave us and still do emotional support and comfort they are amazing people. As you are aware they rely on charity donations to fund there work due to last years success raising over £1000 I intend to do 3 challenges again this time in the space of just 4 weeks 😮
Challenge 1 March 17th Liverpool Half Marathon
Challenge 2 March 29th Manchester to Liverpool 50 mile Ultra Marathon
Challenge 3 April 14th Manchester Marathon
With your help please support me in achieving my fundraising target of £500 thank you, as a team we can help Claire House carry on supporting caring and helping families and children for the foreseeable future and to let Niamh’s name live on in everyone’s hearts 🦋❤️
