At my regular spin class on a dark 0700 start in December someone suggested a double lesson . That's 90 minutes rather than the 45 minute normal lesson. From that comment Evelyn Duro, Our instructor`s, Champneys spin challenge was born. We did a 90 minute class in January and added 5 minutes for February, a further 5 minutes for March . By July we we be completing 2 hours and by December 2 hours 25 . As a team we decided to try to raise money for a very special local charity . I plan to complete as many session as possible barring holidays .

The Rosemary foundation is a fantastic local charity providing hands on nursing services for patients suffering from cancer and life limiting illness within their own homes .
