I'll be running with the HSBC team at the upcoming 2025 World AIDS Day RED RUN in support of Positive East, a charity dedicated to the HIV community.

This year, their special focus is on empowering women diagnosed with HIV. In 2023, the number of women in the UK diagnosed with HIV increased by 30%, and this was disproportionately among people of Black African ethnicity. Half of all funds raised will be allocated to the Women4Women group, which trains women from the community to promote HIV prevention.
