For the past 12 years, Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust hospitals have provided unwavering support and exceptional care for my daughter.

I am amazed to have secured a spot in this year's London Marathon in April. This one-off event for me is an ideal opportunity to raise funds for MFT Charity, as a token of our gratitude for the care we've received.

This will be my second—and likely my last—marathon. After just about completing the Manchester Marathon last year, I am hoping to truly "enjoy" the experience this time around and make it a memorable day.
