At the start of 2025, a large blood clot nearly finished me off, which was a tad scary as a father of 2 young boys... fast forward 4 months and I've started at a new gym with a bunch of like-minded guys. One mentioned they needed volunteers for the boat, and I threw my hat in the ring! 🤦‍♂️🤣 This year has been one hell of a ride so far for me, so please dig deep and let’s raise some money for a local charity! ✌️✌️ While I get blisters and question my life choices again 🤣
