Feeling "at Rock Bottom" describes a state of extreme despair and hopelessness, a point where one feels completely defeated and unable to see a way forward. It's often characterized by feelings of hopelessness, isolation, and a sense of being overwhelmed by circumstances. This feeling can be triggered by various life events, including job loss, severe illness, or the death of a loved one, or a combination of smaller losses over time.
