This cause means a great deal to me and my family. My mother‑in‑law stayed at St Mark’s for around 12 weeks while recovering from major surgery. During that time, we saw first-hand the compassion, patience, and dedication shown by the staff. The hospital became a second home for her — and a place of reassurance for us. The League of Friends helps make that kind of care possible, and now I want to give something back.
