I am doing this hike because of my wonderful wife Trish, who was unfortunately diagnosed with incurable secondary breast cancer in 2022 and requiring permanent treatment to control the progression.

In addition her brother Danny was diagnosed with Bowel cancer at a similar time.

McMillan provide invaluable services to millions of Cancer sufferers with physical and emotional support throughout.

I am walking as part of a team of 9, 'Legs Miserable' made up of members of Trish and Danny's family. We are each hoping to raise £250 each, so it would be wonderful if you feel able to contribute in some way towards achieving our goal.
