I am helping Sue Ryder to raise much needed funds so they can continue providing expert palliative care and bereavement support for patients and families when they need it most.

I'm doing the 90km route - there's one or two hills in the Cotswolds so it's a decent ride.

I enjoy riding my bike so feel a bit uneasy about asking for sponsorship for something I'd be happy to do anyway. So to ease my conscience and boost donations I will match any donations up to a maximum of £250.
