Far too many of us have felt the pain of losing someone we love. With your donations, we power groundbreaking cardiovascular research to save and improve lives, bring hope to families, and keep hearts beating across the UK.

Story

On Valentine’s Day 2014, I experienced a cardiac arrest. Thankfully, I received swift CPR which saved my life, saved my brain, and gave me a whole new perspective. Since then, I’ve completed my doctorate, published a book and, most of all, spent 3652 bonus days (and counting) with my wonderful wife and our extraordinarily amazing daughters.

Help me celebrate my re-birthday by raising a few quid for the British Heart Foundation.

The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures.

Any contribution will be gratefully received.

Thanks!
