Each year more than 25,000 babies, children and young people from across Ayrshire require treatment in hospital. With the help of communities in Ayrshire & Arran, Crosshouse Children's Fund raises vital funds to help young patients and their families have the best possible hospital experiences.

By funding pioneering medical equipment and research, supporting families, supporting every child through play, providing bereavement support, and providing practical and emotional support to staff, children receive the extra special care they deserve.

Myself (Stephen) and my younger brother (Kenny) are taking on this challenge which is a personal goal for both of us, in order to raise funds for a well deserving local charity which most of us in Ayrshire and Arran have spent time in at some point in our lives.

In order to better the service they can’t rely solely on the hard working staff, they also need funding to keep up to date with specialist equipment and facilities in order to give babies who arrive, on time, or prematurely the best start in life possible.

Children are the future, let’s provide a good present!
