YoungMinds is the UK's leading charity championing the wellbeing and mental health of children and young people. Driven by their experience, YoungMinds creates change so that children and young people can cope with life's adversities, find help when needed and succeed in life.

This charity has become close to my heart after hearing and seeing the struggles of so many young people in recent times, who are struggling to cope with the pressures and prejudices of modern life. Social media and social interaction and ‘LIFE’ is moving too fast for some kids to cope with! Which in my opinion is unfair to kids who have diagnosed mental problems and even more unfair to kids who have undiagnosed mental problems.

Organisations like this are reliant on donations to further improve the service. Which has limited spaces and acceptance rates due to high demand.

This charity may or may not be close to your heart!! But it is definately worthwhile for the future of our children.

Plus we will be absolutely done in!! Make it worth our while too please folks !! 🤣🤣👍
