Tour de Choir with No Name · 17 September 2023

The Choir with No Name runs choirs involving people impacted by homelessness to empower as many people as possible to showcase their talents, build personal resilience and positive, joyful singing communities.

Story

I’ve been a volunteer with the Brighton Choir With No Name for the past 17 months and seen first hand what an incredible positive affect it has on our members.

You’ve probably heard how being part of a choir is an uplifting experience, we go further.

Each week our members are welcomed to rehearsal with a beverage and biscuits, then after we have sung we all sit down to eat a freshly prepared meal (prepared by volunteers) together.

Members and volunteers take that opportunity to have a chat and get to know each other, the sense of “family” within the choir is incredibly strong, we care and support each other.

As always our continued existence depends on donations, hence this bike ride, I suffer about 300miles of saddle sores and you get to lighten your bank account, bargain!

Please give what you can, every bit really does count.

Thank you - Steve
