Throughout December I am joining the Great Run Solo Christmas Challenge and doing 12 Runs for Christmas.The plan is complete all 12 x 5k before Santa comes on Christmas Day.

I am of course running for Cure DM. Both Paula and Matthew suffer from Myotonic Dystrophy and as a trustee of this charity our aim is to provide family help and support to those living with this life limiting condition. We arrange get together's and enable families to connect, as well as funding and facilitating research into a cure for the terrible disease.

Every donation, allows us to make a huge difference to those who suffer from this terrible disease. To see our work in action, in 2023 we took nearly 80 people to The Calvert Trust Centre in the Lake District, the video below show just what people can achieve.
