Hello, it's that time of year again, the Cardiff Half. This year I will be raising money for The Wales Air Ambulance Charity.

The Wales Air Ambulance Charity provides advanced life-saving emergency care for everyone in Wales, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They are a ‘mobile emergency department’ that relies entirely on donations to keep their helicopters in the air and rapid response vehicles on the road.
