The objects of "Friends of Glasgow University Union", for the public benefit, are to promote citizenship, community development and the effectiveness of charities through supporting and furthering the charitable purposes of Glasgow University Union.

Essentially FoGUU is here to support the Union for vital projects that it cannot get funding for.
