Helen Rollason Cancer Charity first supported my sister back in 2013 when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Eight years later, in 2021, I received my own breast cancer diagnosis — and once again, Helen Rollason were there for me. Even through lockdown, they offered counselling, guidance and unwavering support.

Fast-forward to 2024, when my mum went through something similar, and they supported her too. I also know that many of the wonderful ladies who come to my Zumba classes have received support from Helen Rollason. They are always there with a smile, an open door, and the compassion that makes the hardest days feel a little lighter.

I cannot thank them enough. That’s why I will always want to raise money for them.

So please — help me raise more funds while also helping to carry me through 20 weeks of tough winter training to get to the start line of the Brighton Marathon.
