Thanks for visiting my page. In January 2025 I will be taking on the challenge of walking a full marathon distance to raise money for the British Heart Foundation and I'd be so grateful for your support. The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target.

I’ve personally benefited from the great work that this charity does. Without the kind of research that they fund I probably wouldn’t be here now. So I think it’s time for me to do what little I can to allow them to continue to help others. Also, please don't think that the benefits are limited to Great Britain. I'm sure that all good medical research has outcomes that can help people all around the world
