Well what a strange year After loosing my dad last October i decided to leave the hospitality industry for a better work life balance i joined a gym and started enjoying my new found time off gardening and getting fit.

I now find myself 5 stone lighter and running 4 times a week and i've decided to take on my biggest ever challenge and have signed up to run the Manchester Marathon on 14 April Next Year in memory of my Dad i'm raising money for British Heart Foundation
