1 in 4 people experience a mental health problem of some kind each year in England. To support the incredible work of Mind, I am thrilled to be participating as part of Team McConnell in the Kent Downs Ultra Challenge 2024, a 50 kilometre trek event.

Fundraising for Mind and taking on the challenge with my fellow McConnell colleagues is going to be something special, a real 'team effort'' and one that I hope we can all complete together.
