Elaine and I are walking part of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path around 56 miles over 6 days, to join in establishing a new Pilgrimage walk in Wales, whilst raising funds for Cure Parkinsons. I have mild symptoms and walking is one of the best things I can do to keep myself fit and strong. Parkinsons is the fastest growing neurological condition in the world and we need to beat it!
