On 12th April 2026, my 76th birthday, I will be running the Lincoln 10K. I have been training three times per week for 7 months for this not having done any running for over 40 years so it's been quite a challenge. I'm donating any money I raise to Cancer Research UK. Cancer has touched my life on several occasions through the years. My brother dies at the age of just 31 and his wife died a few years later from the same thing. My son Matt had testicular cancer a few years ago and fortunately is now clear so it seemed to be the ideal cause to raise money for. I hope you can find a few pounds to support this great cause and wish me luck on my birthday. Thank you.
