Why I’m Riding 450 km for Médecins Sans Frontières
We’re cycling from Clamart in France to Stonehouse in England — 450 km in just 4 days. It’s a tough challenge: long days in the saddle, big climbs, tired legs, and the kind of effort you really feel. But the truth is, the struggle we’ll face on the road is nothing compared to what millions of people endure every day without access to medical care.
That’s why we’re riding for Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). While we push through each kilometre, MSF teams are working on the front line of conflicts, disasters, and disease outbreaks — places where hospitals have collapsed, where families have fled, where people have nowhere else to turn. They move fast, stay neutral, and rely on individual supporters to keep going.
Your donation becomes real medical help: emergency surgery, vaccines, trauma care, maternity support, lifesaving treatment for people who would otherwise have none.
Every kilometre we ride is for them. And every donation genuinely makes a difference.
